Please arrive on time for your appointment and not too early. There is no waiting area within the salon and we operate a "one in, one out" policy to eleviate too many clients and to ensure all clients receive the optimum experience from their appointment.

Please come alone to the salon as this is your time to relax away from the everyday hussle and bussle, and to re-itterate the point above, we do not have a waiting area for anyone not having a service in the salon.

If you are running late please try to contact/message me where possible, lateness after 10 minutes may result in full service not being able to be carried out.

If you are ill, have any Covid-19 symptoms, test positive for Covid-19, or have any infections on your hands on the day of your appointment, please contact me to cancel/re-arrange your appointment.

Booking Policy

The service time stated on the booking is an approximation and every effort is taken to fulful the service within this time, however there may be extra time added for additional filing/cuticle work should this be required.

All clients will be required to complete a consultation form prior to arrival, this is to ensure all medical details, allergies and age is correct at time of booking. Please advise if any of these details change.

Any clients under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Only the services booked will be carried out. If you are unsure of the service you have booked, please contact me and this can be amended.

Cancellation policy

You can cancel up to 1 day before an appointment without charge.

Any cancellations on the day of appointment will be charged at full rate, unless waitlisted clients can fill the appointment.

Payment

Payment will be required before you leave the salon. This can be cash or bank transfer.
